      Summary: Ideas United is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced digital game designer to manage and oversee the creation of three original mobile games by emerging female game designers. The games will be produced in partnership with a major tech company as part of an initiative to promote diversity in the world of game design. Starting immediately, the Game Producer will aid in the creation of the development program rules, structure, and application review process in preparation for the program launch on August 28, 2017. After the program participants are confirmed on October 9, 2017, the Game Producer will serve as the primary liaison between the game developers and the Ideas United program team during the 5-8 month game development phase.


    • Availability starting ASAP through June 2018 for an average of 10 hours per week.
    • Guide creation of development program language and structure.
    • Advise on program promotion and outreach to increase application numbers.
    • Oversee application review process, if needed.
    • Establish regular check-ins with game designers during development phase, and ensure appropriate milestones are met for an on-time delivery.
    • Assist game developers in troubleshooting, and notify Ideas United immediately when problems need to be escalated.
    • Provide creative feedback to game developers and serve as quality control for games, in collaboration with the Ideas United team.
    • Report to program Project Manager for all progress updates and questions.
    • Participate in weekly calls to discuss the state of the project.
    • Maintain regular communication through email outside of weekly calls.
    • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor or Masters degree in game design or related field.
    • At least one year of hands-on experience with game design (mobile games preferred).
    • Deep understanding of game design culture.
    • Strong communication and writing ability.
    • Interest in promoting diversity in the field of game design preferred.

      Summary: Ideas United is looking for a creative graphic designer who is able to quickly develop high impact visuals for a variety of brands. Candidates must be able to demonstrate skills in print, digital, and social media. We are looking for someone who is skilled in creating posters, branding materials, video assets, advertisements, and websites. Designers on the team work collaboratively within Creative & Production, and must be able to contribute to brainstorming and open to feedback. We work with on number of projects at a given time, so communication skills, time management, and ability to multitask are essential. Working under tight deadlines is common, so the ideal candidate must be able to handle these types of situations calmly and with a clear focus. We are looking for dedicated creatives, someone willing to take risks, and excited to learn.

They should be able to design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.       Summary: We're looking for a passionate, detail oriented, and intelligent account managers to join our team. IU account managers are responsible for facilitating and nurturing client relationships both to ensure quality of current obligations and to maximize future opportunities. This position works alongside the IU sales team. Account Managers will act as the liaison between the client and the agency and will work to ensure successful relationships are cultivated, maintained and expanded over time. AMs are also responsible for assisting the sales department in the creation and maintenance of business development materials including, but not limited to, pitch decks, scope of work documents, invoicing, etc, as bandwidth permits.

      Job Responsibilities

    • Strategize to grow existing client accounts, bringing upsell opportunities to the table based on client business goals, health of the account, etc.
    • Manage client relationships and create an environment between the client and the Account Manager that is conducive to both account maintenance and growth
    • Ensure project timelines, both internal and external, are progressing according to plan and assist in alleviating delays, as possible/needed
    • Conduct regular client check-in calls/meetings to ensure goals are being met and identify any areas where additional resources are needed
    • Facilitate communication between client and Production Manager/internal departments within IU
    • Bring new ideas to the table
    • Generate invoicing
    • Assist sales with new business proposals, bandwidth permitting
    • Assist in calculating and analyzing metrics illustrating the reach and success of efforts
    • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • At least 2+ years work experience in sales, account/business management, or marketing in video production or special event management fields
    • Knowledge of video production practices a plus.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
    • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
    • Working knowledge of current social media platforms
    • Proactive, outgoing attitude and approach
    • Ability to work additional hours, as needed
